Danielle was in banking for 23 years in 8 countries: 20 years at HSBC in a variety of roles as Chief Operating Officer, Group Investor Relations, Corporate & Personal Banking, Labour Law and Risk Management; then she was a Member of the Board at Landsbankinn from 2013 to 2017, where she chaired both the Audit and Strategic Development Committees.

Danielle provides consultancy services from strategic planning to promoting excellence in stakeholder engagement. She is also Chairman of the Investor Relations Society in Iceland and is a Member of the Boards at FKA (Association of Women Business Leaders in Iceland) and BICC South (British Icelandic Chamber of Commerce).

Steinar has a range of experience in Corporate Finance, the global seafood industry and international business, having worked in several countries including Canada, Brazil, Singapore and England. He has a proven track record in a variety of roles as Managing Director, Operations Management, Corporate Finance (M&A and fundraising), business consultancy, advisory, nutraceuticals and marine life science.
